About
Neth Engineering was founded in the Summer of 2024 by Chuck Neth. Our mission is clear: to consistently deliver high-quality engineering services to the contractors rebuilding America’s infrastructure. To accomplish our mission, we focus intently on the consistency and quality of our engineering deliverables while building strong client relationships based on that quality. Contractors typically engage and recommend firms that they know, respect, and trust. We strive to make it easy to get to know us by regularly attending industry events and being readily available for meetings and introductions. Respect and trust are earned through our commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and open, honest communication during project delivery.
Our Team

President/Owner
Chuck is a Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience providing engineering support to contractors working on heavy civil infrastructure projects.
After graduating from North Carolina State University, Chuck worked as a Project Engineer for a national heavy-lift and heavy-haul contractor. While there, he gained invaluable field experience that makes him an excellent resource for all things related to cranes, rigging, and SPMTs. Chuck is a frequent presenter and attendee at industry seminars dedicated to Construction Engineering, Temporary Works, Heavy Movable Structures, and Accelerated Bridge Construction. He is also the Chairman of the ASME B30.31 subcommittee, “Self-Propelled, Towed or Remote-Controlled Hydraulic Platform Transporters.”
Before founding Neth Engineering, Chuck was a Senior Engineer and then Vice President for a Construction Engineering firm in the New York City metro area. He led a team of engineers on various challenging infrastructure projects and developed numerous strong client relationships during his tenure.
Outside of work, Chuck is a family man, blessed with a loving wife and three daughters who keep him busy. On the weekends, he moonlights as a barbecue pitmaster, is a card-carrying member of the Bills Mafia, and a fanatic for all things related to NC State.
